  • advising, screening, interviewing talents
  • assessing talent's competencies (KASOs), qualifications, experience, and motivation
  • selecting performance criteria (KRAs), metrics (competencies & indicators), methods (behaviour & objectives), evaluation process and timeframe.
  • gathering information/data through quantitative (surveys) and qualitative (interviews and focus groups) methods to evaluate employee engagement and satisfaction with the aim of increasing employee retention.
